Do they have a very waxy tip? Like it feels like your writing with a stick of wax or normal colored pencils that some people use on a daily basis?

These weren’t waxy. They were simply a multicolored colored pencil.

Can they be sharpened in standard electric pencil sharpener?

Yes, these can be sharpened in a standard electric pencil sharpener. And they sharpen well - I did not have an issue with breakage that some colored pencils commonly have due to their softer lead.

If I buy more than the minimum-10 do the the others have different colors??

Each pencil has 4 colors in the tip Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue. So no different colors if you buy more. The color changes happen on paper as the colors blend as you use the pencil.
