Wow! Pretty amazing. I was apprehensive to buy this because I didn't want to be disappointed and funds are tight. It was delivered quickly and I charged it immediately. I went to turn it on and nothing. My initial thought was I knew I'd be disappointed. But I then read the booklet in its entirety (they have a troubleshooting section). Turns out I wasn't holding long enough to turn on/off. Duh, right? I know, I know. Anyhow, my only suggestion which is a bit cliche is make sure you read the manual/ setup booklet it comes with. The product itself , well I'd give it two thumbs up but one of my hands is busy. <3 it!

Lightweight, can finally get some therapy on middle back muscle spasm without assistance or a cord across my neck.

Partner told me to only give it 4 stars. Not fully satisfied. You have to hold the on/off button for too long. Too many settings. Nobody needs so many settings. Have not tried the waterproof feature yet -waiting for permission...

Used this on my mans neck and back. He had neck surgery and drives semi so he tends to be tense. He didn't want me to stop.

Powerful little machine at a great price. I had this product for almost a year with no issue but once I did have a problem Lyps Customer service was wonderful in helping solve my issue. Luckily I was still under warranty and eligible for a replacement. Would definitely buy from Lyps again

Not very powerful, but it does the job...eventually. This would probably be a backup for something better.

Works great! Amazing for the price wasn’t expecting such quality for under 20$!!! Insane! Will be buying more from Lyps.
