I bought this coat because the style and design looked very attractive and the sizing stated size 22. However, when I received the coat it was clearly miss-sized, not only did it not fit me but it was also too small for my size 18 daughter, in short it was not big enough to size a size 14 individual. This is beyond slightly out of proportion sizing or a little small or a little big, this is complete deception. If you are larger than a size 14 do not purchase even the biggest size in this product as I did and was totally disappointed.As to the quality of the product, the coat is a nicely made coat, it is as seen in the image including the fur around the hood so I was beyond disappointed when it did not size me.As to support from the seller, there is not much they can do if stuff does not fit you and they gave me a generous refund for my inconvenience. That being said there should be some action taken about the miss sizing of clothing being sold through Amazon, they should have a greater interest and responsibility when items are miss represented as this item has been, I am, therefore, a very disappointed customer.

The coat arrived around 15 minutes ago not happy that I'm having to put the fur around the hood and not only that there is clearly some buttons missing from the hood for me to attach the fur onto the hood which I'm not happy about either so now I will have to go and purchase small white buttons to attach the fur to rest of the hood . I also expected this coat to be a brighter pink that is why I purchased the coat the pink is more of a dusky pink the seller really needs to make that clear on the website. Overall the coat is excellent value for money I know I would not have been able to purchase a coat like this here in the UK for the price I paid for this coat. Overall apart from the minor hiccups I would definitely recommend this coat. 1 star taken off cause I will have to purchase buttons and stitch them on myself . And very quick delivery thank you.

Pockets sit uncomfortably for hands and already slight tear from putting my hands in. Not as long as shown on picture. Tight fit when bought 2 sizes up.

Very warm. But size was smaller than expected.

This coat is everything I like how it fits me and the red is so vibrant I like it, including the length. The inside of the pockets coming undone gonna have to take it to the shop to get done up. Other than that it's a warm and nice coat I wear it to the gym in this cold weather.

If you order this coat you need at least two sizes bigger! Mine did not have the correct amount of loops sewn in to attach to the fur to the hood which was very inconvenient! If every thing had been to standard it would have been worth the money! I couldn’t be bothered to send it back so have it to my daughter who is a size 12 and I am a size 16 ! 😳
