This is not at all a grip accessory. Just plaster of Paris crystallised and sold as powder. This makes my grip even more slippery while lifting. Not at all worth it

Simple magnesium carbonate chalk for grip dependent activities. Works as expected. I use it for lifting, especially for deadlifts and chin ups.
