I have been struggling with terrible leg cramps at night - making me hum pump out of bed every hour to hobble around til the cramps reside. I now add Magsmart to my drink and it has diminished my leg cramps by 90%.

This product REALLY works! My husband has suffered with severe leg cramps at night for decades. Surgery only helped a little. He started taking Magsmart at bedtime around 5 months ago and the cramps stopped the first night! Now, he only has them rarely, so although this isn't a 100% cure, it does work at least 95% of the time. We're very happy to have found this!

Helps tremendously with muscle spasm and cramps. I can tell if I miss a day. I will continue to use this product.
