I always overpack. Always. Overnight trip? 3 bags minimum. I have to bring something to deal with every scenario my brain can think of. Obviously I need 8 shirts and 3 pairs of pants for a 36 hour trip. OBVIOUSLY. I am the person who hopes and prays that their bag doesn’t bust open like Mount Vesuvius before it gets to the baggage claim. The zippers are held closed my hope and prayers.Needless to say, this behavior carried over when I got into a police academy. I needed to haul everything I could think of back and forth across a campus. I could have probably supplied half my class with clothing if they needed it. I needed a big bag that could handle it.I found this bag, and when it arrived it felt a bit thin and flimsy, so I figured it was a temporary solution for a week or two until I find something new. A week or two later I saw my first paycheck and decided I’d be holding on to that bag for a bit longer until it gave up because I wanted to eat something other than ice cubes and Raman noodles.Let me tell you. This bag is a beast. Not one fray. Not one tear. Not one busted zipper. 7 freakin months and it still looks as good as the day I bought it. This baby hauled the weight of a large toddler back and forth every day through every type of weather imaginable. I put it through hell day in and day out. It survived me. That’s saying a lot.Don’t let appearances fool you. This is like the beauty and the beast version of duffel bags.

Great bag! Packs small enough to take in a carry on, but opens up large enough to take home a huge amount of stuff. Fared very well through the airport and baggage handlers! Packed it up with 40 pounds of stuff after a trip and it held up like a champ. Strong, sturdy stitching. Very impressed. The only thing I wish it had was a shoulder pad on the long strap. I really liked the shoe compartment too, great for separating dirty hiking boots from clothing and souvenirs.

This Bag is very big and has plenty of room. It is way too big for an airline carry-on.It is being used as a gym bag and has plenty of room for sparing gear and equipment.The pocket for dirty (or clean) clothes is very handy. It keeps everything separated.It has plenty of pockets.It is very easy to fold into the storage position. It folds up and zips so it is fully self contained a maybe 12x12x3 package.My only concern is the bag seems light weight. I am concerned about the long term durability, but so far so good.

I absolutely love that this duffle bag folds up into a nice neat little square, I have very limited closet space so this was a selling point for me. Not only is it compact but it is durable and huge. I was really surprised at how much stuff I was able to get in this bag and had plenty of room leftover. Liked it so much I bought the hubby a similar one for Christmas.

Its bigger than i was expecting. It has a lot of usable pockets. Its going to hold everything i need for an entire week.It arrived a day early even.

This bag is a perfect size for my gym gear, the color and simplistic style is just what I need, also the construction looks durable will do a follow up in six months to see how to holds up, but for now I will give a two thumbs up....

Just what I wanted. It was everything that others had said in their reviews; large, sturdy and yet small enough when folded to take in a carry-on without taking up much room at all. I used as an extra bag to bring back extra clothing and a large book that my daughter had taken to college.
