Very entertaining account of Jesus' baptism
I liked the unique perspective that Rick Joyner provides in this prophetic encounter of Jesus' baptism and the events proceeding it. Works such as this should never deter the reader away from reading the Bible but enhance the reality of it, and that's exactly what this book does. It's almost like a behind the scenes look, and I really enjoy reading it from time to time.

A beautiful vision of the Lord!
This is a beautiful book, to me any book that has our sweet Lord speaking, draws me closer to Him, makes me fall even deeper in love with Him and makes me hungry for more of Him. This is a book that speaks of the time the Lord Jesus, came to earth 2,000 years ago through the eyes of the angels and the Lord Himself when He was tempted of the devil in the wilderness, I wish it would've been longer, but it whet my appetite for more of Him! May the Lord continue to give us more of Him through books like these!

Truly brings the Scriptures to life. I have never thought of the incident of the incarnation from this perspective. Amazing book by all standards

This is my favorite of Rick Joyner's books
This is my favorite of Rick Joyner's books. I have really learned a lot about the Lord and the order of things by reading this. So interesting to read an "insider's view" of the beginning of the Church and when Jesus walked the Earth.

A greater perspective.
I'll read this again and again, for there is so much food for thought. I have a whole new appreciation for John the Baptist and a greater understanding of who he was. This book explains why Jesus spent 40 days in the desert in a whole new way that gave me the a better understanding of what was taking place. Rick Joyner's books always bring me closer to Jesus, he becomes alive to me. It's a short story and a great story that makes the gospel message come alive.

Good Book
I liked this book very much. My only complaint is that it ended too soon. It was just getting good.

An immersive journey into Jesus' initial days of ministry
Rick Joyner masterfully relates what was happening in both the physical and spiritual realms when Jesus first began his ministry. It provides a back story for the calling of the first disciples. It also gives some insight into how angelic and demonic forces grappled with Jesus' decision to live on earth as a man. The story is captivating and will stir your spirit, especially the dialog of Jesus.
