I suffer from extremely severe dry mouth. A few months ago, I was hospitalized, and I was on clear liquids only. The nurse gave me one of these mouth moisturizers, which was a lifesaver. I’ve been using it ever since. It even helps when I have chapped lips from the dry mouth. It’s just a soft cream without scent or flavor; it’s very pleasant to use and extremely helpful.I just purchased a bunch to make sure I have them on hand. I doubt they sell it at the regular pharmacy, so I reached out to Amazon and bought a package.I highly recommend this Mouth Moisturizer. I’ve tried everything in the market for severe dry mouth. They either don't work or have an awful aftertaste. Besides working perfectly for rbdryMouth, I like the fact that they don't have an aftertaste.Buy it! You won't regret it!!

This really helps with dry mouth. It does not take it all away but definitely makes it manageable. I have recommended this to friends and family.

I have used this product for about 2 years. This product works very well for with me having Primary Sjogren's. There is some inconsistency with this product. It works really well when it is thick. Some tubes will be fine and have a very thick consistency. Other tube will be supwr runny and have extra water which makes the product fairly ineffective. I have a sleep apnea mouth guard that I absolutely have to apply this product to. I line the inside of my guard several times a night. If it's thick it's great. If it's not thick then I have to wait for the gel to dry out. When I have to wait then I can't go to sleep which results in me accidentally falling asleep without my mouth guard. This causes me many problems. I'll end up having sleep apnea, it will rake the back of my throat, and the inside of my cheeks will stick to my teeth and when I pull them off it will rip skin off the inside of my mouth :-(. I would have given this product only 3.5 and the reason for this is what I have stated above and the main reason which is the PRICE. The price is outrageous now. I have seen other sellers trying to get as much as $12 a tube for this which is absolutely disgusting. Toothette has gone up astronomically in the last 3-4 years. I can remember when I would buy this for $1.05 a tube. With myself and my husband being disabled (not on disability) so this cuts into our food budget especially with medicine copays. One tube only lasts me about 2 nights so that means I have to purchase at least 15 tube which is about $60 a month compared to $18 a month about 5 yrs ago so the price has gone up almost 400% in just 4-5 yrs. Probably going to need to see if my medical will cover this because it's become unaffordable and I don't want to have to resort to Vaseline in my mouth like people with this disease used to have to do before products like this and Biotene. I don't know if the issue with the inconsistent thickness is a production issue or them adding more water to make more money off of sick people. I put nothing past any company anymore. This isn't Stryker making the product but it is them choosing to sell it at a 400% market up since 4 yrs ago. Depending on what they are being charged to purchase this from the maker of Toothette. I am sure their cost has gone up but I doubt it's 400% markup when they are buying in such bulk. Something has got to give. I dislike Biotene because it hurts my stomach and is too runny to work. I really don't want to have to go back to Biotene but may have to because of the price. Otherwise, it's a very helpful product that works well.

I got some of this while I was in the hospital and it worked so well I needed to order more when I got out. I still use it whenever needed and it's so nice. If your mouth is dry I highly recommend it.

The product worked well in all respects but was not very long-lasting in its effects. For anyone, usually due to medications, who has "dry-mouth" frequently throughout the day and particularly at night while sleeping it is not as effective as hoped. In addition, the small size of the container means it can be "used up" rather quickly and although the price is generally reasonable the first tube I ordered cost 3X more to ship than the cost of the item. In sum, a good product but......
