I’ve used a lot of electrical tapes over the years, and this set from TradeGear is easily one of my favorites. The matte rainbow color variety is not only fun but super practical for labeling and organizing wires by circuit or purpose. Each roll is durable, stretchy, and adheres really well, even in less-than-ideal conditions. It’s UL listed, flame-retardant, and waterproof, so it checks all the right safety boxes. I also appreciate the generous 60’ per roll—more than you get with many other brands. Great value, high quality, and versatile enough for electrical, DIY, and even craft uses. Highly recommend!

We bought this for just general, around the house usage. I do a lot of crafting, and electrical tape is just handy to have laying around. The multi colors are very convenient for our purposes, as well. We've been using it for everything and it has served very well in a multitude of applications. It has good adhesion, both fresh and over time. It stays where you put it, and it's got a good thickness and stretch as well. I'm very happy with the quality. My husband is a contractor and said this was definitely high quality for the price. Not *top* quality, but a very good buy nonetheless and perfect for average household use.

Pros: - Lots of colors. - This is a LOT of tape. Each one is about twice as wide and thick as most small rolls of electrical tape that I buy at the hardware store. Cons/neutrals: - It's PVC tape which feels a bit different from "Normal Electrical Tape." It might be better or worse for what you want. The adhesive might be a bit weaker than NET, but it seems to hold fine if you don't pull it off and re-apply it much. It won't hold significant weight, but it also doesn't seem to 'peel up' on its own or anything. And on the bright side, it's much stretchier and more malleable than NET. I'll bet this kind of tape would be pretty darned good for fitting into tight or strangely-shaped spaces. I dunno, it seems fine for what I need. And did I mention that it's a LOT of tape?

There is a color code all electonics people know. 0-black, 1-brown, 2-red, 3-orange, 4-yelow, 5-green, 6-blue, 7-purple, 8-gray, 9-white. I got this set so I can mark tools. I am extremely happy with the colors. Nice and bright. A full set of EIA colors. I have only tested the white as of this writing, it sticks to itself well, which is all I really need. One wrap with a bit of overlap around each wrench will do just fine. Its stickiness to other items is eh so so. Until someone comes up with a better sticking set of EIA colors, I say two thumbs up.

I ordered these to use while prepping our wiffle ball bats and it turned out to be perfect for the job! The colors are bright and vibrant, which makes it easy to customize each bat so the boys can instantly tell whose is whose during games. The tape sticks really well and stays put through lots of banging around — no peeling or unraveling after hours of play. I also appreciate that it’s waterproof and flame retardant, so it’s durable even when the bats get tossed around outside. Great value, and super handy for all kinds of projects beyond just sports gear. If you want an easy way to color‑code and personalize equipment (or anything else), this tape does exactly what it promises!

While the adhesion kinda sucks, my cat absolutely HATES the taste and strong scent that the tape originally puts out. We have been struggling for years for a product that will keep laptop chargers, phone chargers, internet cables safe from our rolly polly cat who likes to eat things that can electrocute her. Since wrapping several of our cords with it, she's been avoiding them like hell. Again, the adhesion kinda sucks and you lose the flexibility in wrapping said cords, but it means your cords are cat-proof.

I used this as finishing tape for bicycle handlebars, to hold the ends of plastic or cloth tape when I finish wrapping near the stem, and this tape works out great! I believe the matte finish better-matches the finish of both cloth and old "celo-tape", and the color selection should work with any bike color combination. Good adhesion, long rolls, this much tape will probably last my lifetime. There was a VERY strong chemical smell when first removed from package, but a week after I unwrapped the tape the smell has all but disappeared. Very satisfied, would recommend, and would buy again.

The positive: The color variety and vibrancy of the colors is very nice. The negatives: The glue is VERY inconsistent between rolls. The best one sticks very well, like you'd expect from good-quality electrical tape (i.e. 3M). The worst one is as bad as perhaps a smear of honey. It'll barely stick to anything. And the relatively stickiness of the others lands somewhere in between. This is also not at stretchy as 3M tape, and doesn't rebound well. (I don't know if you all will agree, but I view that as the gold standard.) So assuming you're using the roll with the good adhesive, you might not be able to get a nice tight wrap with it. This is more cosmetic than anything, but when stretched the color of the tape becomes lighter. I love this tape for labeling ethernet and power cables, though I do generally put a zip tie over any tape used for that purpose because even the best tape can unravel over time (plus it makes for more color permutations when using colored zip ties).

Exactly as described, good tape, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Don't be tempted by the mega cheap stuff it's not worth it. This is good electrical tape.

An sich tut das Klebeband was es soll. Qualitativ in Ordnung. Jedoch stimmen die Maße nicht überein. Wir haben 300 Meter Band gebraucht. Hier wird versprochen, dass je rolle 60 Meter enthält (also insgesamt 600 Meter). Das ist leider falsch, es sind nur 18,3 Meter PRO Rolle! Nun stehen wir da und haben knapp nur die Hälfte..

I'm using this tape to mark some XLR music cables for their lengths. The tape really sticks to the cable which is nice since I don't want it to fall off. The tape was certainly smelly coming out of the package, but that's alright. I would recommend this product to anyone!
