It’s rubber,hard rubber If you going to follow the instructions everything is going to be ok(after you attached this rubber put pressure for 10 min to be sure its fixed good)Dont forget that what you see is the maximum length.

Will this adhere to heels with a suede bottom? I’m looking for something that will help give better grip on hard surfaces
