You don't need to be vegan to use this book
Whilst I am a carnivore I am trying to cut down on meat and do eat a lot of vegetarian food. However, I was stuck in a rut and making the same things over and over so decided to look for a good veggie cook book. I wasn't so happy with those, though, as they relied a lot on tofu, peppers, avocado and aubergines, or so it seemed to me, none of which I like. Having my vegan niece coming to stay, I decided to look for inspiration in that line and, having purchased this book have found a lot of recipes that I want to try out. Even my niece, who has been vegan now for about 20 years or more, found things in it that she is going to try on their next barbeque. So, well done Linda Majzlik, I'm looking forward to having a greater variety of foods in my diet now.

rubbish
This really is a load of rubbish. As a vegan I could give better advice and recipes on bbqs than this......don't waste your money.
