I love this!
I love how this makes me feel! I keep it looped on the bedroom doorknob and spend about 10-15 minutes every evening before bed just relaxing with this. My physical therapist prescribed something similar a few years ago, but I needed to make it myself with a towel and rope. It seemed weird at the time but was so relaxing for my neck and shoulders (I had rotator cuff tendinitis). I no longer have that issue but when I saw this on Amazon recently I decided to try it since I tend to carry tension in my head, neck and shoulders. I highly recommend it even if you don’t have a specific issue. It feels great!

Came a day early and was perfectly intact as advertised
My review is not really a valid review as my cervical vertebrae issues are not normal. I have zero disc spacing between C4/C5 and have another vertebrae that is mis-aligned. Using this device was easy and I was hopeful it would give me some relief. However it seemed to aggravate my particular problem and afterwards I called my sports chiropractor and told him what I was doing. He told me I was not doing myself any good as my condition needs a special decompression therapy and I should not just grab on to anything. So...sad to say I returned it. However if you have minor problems and need some relief I'm sure this device would be OK for most anyone else.

Defective product....piece missing
It came with items pictured in my attached photo. Little piece of paper which was useless, eye mask, the neck holder along with 2 straps. There was supposed to be a piece resembling a bungie cord, which should have attached to the neck holder piece, which was not in the package. Without that, it cannot be assembled.

Poor choice. Wish I’d chosen another brand
The instructions for hanging on a door are very poor. Comes with 2 straps with buckles and clip but no real direction on how to set it up. And it only holds my head a 1/2 inch from the floor using how I guessed it’s supposed to go. No traction. Doesn’t seem to do anything it’s supposed to.

Quick Pinched nerve in neck relief
Works as advertised & faster than i could get an appointment for professional physical traction therapy (2-4 weeks wait). Insurance would probably pay but i needed pain& numbness relief from pinched nerves in my neck faster than i could get scheduled. The results are amazing.

Great Product
The product was as advertised. It is well made, easy to set up and take down.It takes about 15 min in the sling to get the desired results, but does and amazing job of relieving neck/head tension, and provides for relaxation of both makes you sleepy as you use it because the relief finally comes. The only caution is to make sure that you are far enough away from the door that your head is lifted off the ground completely, other than that, no issues. Great product.

GREAT for cervical/upper back pain. Gentle traction
Great product for relieving upper back and/or neck pain with nothing more than a door and some space. The head cradle is VERY padded and comfortable to stretch your neck in. Very easy to set up and the instructional diagram that is included is accurate and easy to follow. Comes with a storage bag that keeps the components organized and together. Highly recommend this for regular use; I use it daily and even more frequently when I'm in pain.

Doesn’t lift head more than 1/2 inch off the ground.
Great quality, low results. This doesn’t let me hand 1inch or 2 inches off the ground. Even with moving further away from the door, it slid off. It did not come with a warranty card or Ebook Guide. Attempted several times, but started to get frustrated.
