What is the difference between (certified pdo val di mazara extra virgin olive oil) and (sicilian certified pdo val di mazara extra virgin olive oil)

Since this olive oil is a product of Sicily one that is certified as Sicilian would be the real deal. The others wouldn't necessarily be Sicilian but possibly a blend of other di mazara olives.

What is the current harvest date and best by date?

There is not harvest date. The best by date is Feb 28, 2021. We don't have much left in the bottle but it is as good as the date we bought it. I cannot tell you our purchase date though.

How do you open bottle?

It’s a twist cap. There may be a small tab to pull off the wrapping on twist cap.

Is this hood for cooking

I cook with it,but your better off with avocado or reg. Olive oil.
