Tasty for lunch
Perfect to get protein in your day with these soups. They are tasty and keep you full longer. I didn’t think the sodium was that bad considering it was a powder mix.

My favorite!
I’ve tried a lot of high protein, low calorie meal items and this one is an absolute favorite. I think I’ve ordered it 10 times since I’ve been on my diet. The flavor is really good - a lot like Lipton cup of noodles to be honest - the texture is great, and the protein makes for a very satisfying meal. I don’t know how they put the protein in here (there aren’t any chunks of soy protein) but it definitely has protein. I can tell because of how I feel after I eat it. Great for on the go. Sometimes I have this and a piece of fruit or salad for lunch or, on days when I seem to have the munchies, this makes for a very satisfying, low-calorie snack. I wish it had more noodles, but I suppose there are enough to be satisfying. You do get a few noodles with every spoonful down to the end. Usually I put it in a coffee cup and sip it, swirling occasionally to keep the noodles mixed in. One tip: you do need to stir it a few times while you’re letting it sit in the hot water, or else it forms a crust on top and the noodles don’t rehydrate. If you stir it a few times the noodles will rehydrate very well.

Very good to have as a snack or with a salad, very nice taste, reminds me of Lipton’s, Add a little more chicken to it for added protein.

Good flavor at a high cost per serving.
I believe that this is a good product, however, it appears that the price is too high for the few servings included. With my spouse and I on KETO, I am finding that the price is too high considering the contents. There are few "noodles" and the product tastes like cheaper products in a broth form only. Keto noodles overall are much more expensive that need be.
