desertcart.com: Osaki OSJPPREMIUM40D Model Osaki-JP Premium 4.0 Japan Massage Chair, Cream, 4D Massage Technology, 3D & 9 Stages of Strength Adjustment, Double Sensors for Shoulder, Double Heater System, Arm Massage : Beauty & Personal Care Review: No massage, just noisy junk - This is “brown”; not like their photos, but a different shade and much darker. Not would you would expect spending this amount of money...Arm and leg massagers are a couple tiny noisy air pockets expanding and releasing- not rolling; no massage. Back massager ok for mid and lower back- never goes higher, no matter which buttons you press (no neck) Seems designed for shorter stature. VERY NOISY during massage. We bought this for arm, calf and neck, but after 3 weeks of having it, it’s nothing but a noisy robot :(
