Best sardines on the market by far
I know, nobody likes sardines, but if you are looking to improve your circulation, heart, trying to push back on alzheimer or brain age, apparently these are a must. And if you must eat sardines (I switched to them from mackerel, they were a bit too much for me), these are the most palatable in my opinion. The tomato sauce combines well with fish (tuna in tomato sauce) and makes these sardines much more enjoyable either added to a salad or with bread and butter. In itself a very good product, no bones, well seasoned, easy to open, much better quality than all the other alternatives on the market.
