Great Product Easy to apply good adhesion

Edit/update; Seems ok now, the patch is in an irregular spot on back of my (bike) backrest, I also had not cleaned the area first with solvent or alcohol. I cut and applied another patch and stuffed a rag under the area that had previously peeled away as a means to apply pressure on the new patch, and just checked it after a couple of days, and is seems pretty firm. It's summer here in AZ (june) so the highs are 114f + -. Another issue worth mentioning is that in order to cut straight patches requires marking first, and using very sharp scissors, as they will want to meander and cut offline otherwise. My patch didn't seem like 3x4 inches at a glance when opening the package, so I'd measured and found it to be; 2 3/4'' x 4''. I only needed a 3/4'' x 2'' patch, so after my second patch attempt, I still had plenty of spare product if needed. This patch is for my 2009 Electra Glide Harley and it visually blends in quite well with the leather of the backrest that I applied it too, in both color and grain. I was contacted by seller, offering to make concessions which I declined, but very much appreciated them taking the time to do so, I added a star for that effort, and consideration of how the second patch attempt is performing. If I need to patch in the future, I will likely buy this product again. Original review; Looks great but doesn't stick well as mentioned. This patch is from yesterday it's was 114f + - at the hottest point of the day, the patch had several hours to set up before the heat of the day, and the bike was not in direct sunlight. I had pressed on the patch vigorously for several seconds before leaving it alone. This am, I checked it and the underside had lifted perhaps under it's own weight, as that part of the patch was somewhat upside down. Some type of 3rd party adhesive might be in order. The patch does look great though, much better than gaffer's tape, duct tape, or bailing wire. lol

Big piece worked well for vinyl tear in a back pack i got on amazon. Great adhesive and useful .

Color and size is good but the adhesive could be a little stronger. The spot we needed to cover is on a slight curve so a more aggressive adhesive would keep it secured a little better. It's fine.

EDIT - This product did not work for me but the company contacted me and said it might be because I used it on textured surface which limits ability to hold - makes sense to me - and the company offered to compensate me for misunderstanding which I thought was a great solution. So you should try the product and see if it works for you. Other than not working perfect for my application the product is high quality. My original review is below..... Nice product but the glue does not hold well. Put this on and in less than 3 days it was already peeling up off the door panel....see photo. I will have to try something else

The adhesive is excellent. The faux leather layer on top is horrible. It doesn't last long. In a short time (1-2 years), it begins to fail then just peels off. That was my experience. Then the work to remove the adhesive is slow, and tedious.

Easy to use, much thicker then I thought it was going to be. So far happy ( only 3 days on ) but it is a patch for our golf cart cover, so we will see.

Worst product

Not worth for money, I was expecting Ivory colour but it's came completely white!

I used this product to repair a small tear on the arm of my electric wheelchair and it is still there firmly stuck.

Product is very useful

It is a great product. The problem of my torn car seat is at last solved. Adhesive is of very good quality. Truly value for money. The color of the product is as mentioned in the product description. It is is really an excellent product. As the product is from the US it's expected to be a little expensive. But it is really value for the money.
