Bought this for my kids for Christmas. Just put this together last week. Let's just say, I will never purchase this again. It's not function issues. It does what it says it does. But some bars came without holes that should have been drilled. And instructions were a bit poor as it was mostly picture and not enough explaining.

Do not use the little wrench that comes with it. You will need to use actual tools to assemble.

What a waste of money and my time.

Only half of the score board worked. Reached out and exchanged several emails with the company. They wanted me to provide them with part numbers to replace defective parts but I don’t have the part numbers. Asked for a refund and was told I needed to pay for shipping but was offered an $8 discount to keep the item. It’s not worth keeping, for the amount of money we paid it should be a little more sturdy and ALL parts should be working.

I'm so disappointed. Got this for my son's for Christmas. They loved it but it's broken within a month. One rim pulled out of the backboard and now the front poles are cracking. I thought it would hold up a little better for the money.
