A better volume control, or more precise recording controls in the software (If you set a particular length, it will continue to make clips at that length until manually stopped) provided. Had an issue with install (Not anyone's fault really) and the customer service was quick (each response via email, which was my choice, was within 12hrs), thorough, and efficient. The software automatically every time it is opened, and is low impact on storage.

Great product for the price

I gave this card a 1 star rating because the software app that came on the DVD did not run properly on my computer. Therefore I could not tell if the card was bad or not. My computer is running the latest working release of Windows 10 Professional. It was installed both normally (I am an administrator) and also installed "As Administrator". Both installations produced a COM error dialog with a long list of other errors (including errors on loads, calls and returns) when run. I took a chance on the card and it did not work for me. Based on some other reviews and my personal experience, I cannot recommend this card.

This card has a few driver issues that could be ironed out with some more time focused on making sure it doesn't crash seemily at random, but when you get it to work, DONT MESS WITH IT! It works great when you aren't changing up a lot, and can pass through 1080p video through the card, just be aware that your PC WILL need to be on for this card to support passthrough...

It may be a good product, but tried 2 different computers. 1st one was a older dell and kept locking it up and the other was custom gaming computer and had trouble getting it to work. Fast shipping and easy return. To bad it didn't work for me, might a windows 10 issue.

I wanted to use this product for live broadcasting but my new computer would not even recognize it. Even after running all updates and also manually updating all drivers in the computer.

HDMIを指した一瞬だけしか映像が映らず、その後は緑色の画面しか出ませんでした。音も全く出ません。マザーボード、ビデオカードの相性が悪いのでしょうか？ マザーボード PRIME H310M-A R2.0 gpu gtx1050ti cpu i3 9100f 追記 治りました。ps3やvitaをつなげる場合hdcp（コピー防止機能）がついていて、このキャプチャーボードは対応していないためできませんでした。「AstroAI HDMI 分配器」を使った結果映像音声ともに不具合なくきれいに出力できています。 メーカーへの問い合わせもしましたが、説明がなく画像のみが送られてきただけで解決しませんでした。不具合が出ても自己解決できる方におすすめします。（コスパはいいので）

Card had sadly compatilibity issues working in my pc, however the technical support of Pirect is absolutely great! They took almost 5 hours of their time through remote access trying to figure out what was wrong without succes. but they really tried! very friendly! Oh well... will be putting money aside for the HD60Pro instead !

スプラトゥーン2プレイ中にDiscordやLINE通話で画面共有するために購入しました。 商品説明の日本語が不自然だったりして若干怪しさがありますが、Switchで問題なく使えます。 ソフトウェアエンコード、PCI Express接続、フルHD対応、パススルー(バイパス)出力対応というスペックでは安いです。ただし、30fps出力なので、本格的な実況動画を作ろうとされる方には向いていないです。 DiscordやLINE通話の画面共有は普通30fps行かないので自分の用途で使う分には関係ないです。 パススルー出力の遅延は自分の感覚では感じませんでした。 あと、取り付け用のネジが付属していませんでした(私がなくしたかも？)。なくても取り付けられますが、接触不良の原因になりそうです。自分はそこらへんにあったネジで代用しました。 ネジはPCI Expressを付けるときに使うアレなので入手性は悪くないと思います。

Was easy to use picture quality was nice fps though at 1080p hmmm Was not easy to install it kept saying unable to find device i did fugure that out though eventually

個人的な映像・保存用として試しに購入しました。 結果としては設定(外部ソフト)に苦闘しましたが使えるようになりました。古いキャプチャカードで1080iまでしか対応してないので不便でしたが、このカードで今後のプレビューは楽になります。専用ソフトは軽くて簡単な出来なんで初心者向きだと思います。
