can i use this antennas for gigabyte z390 aorus master (intel lga1151/z390/atx/3xm.2 thermal guard/onboard ac wi-fi/ess sabre dac/motherboard) wi-fi?

Yes, I have a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master, and I am using this antenna on it. Although, with this antenna, there is an extremely small (if any) improvement in reception over the antenna that came with the Aorus Master. So if you are looking to upgrade the reception, don't waste your time. But if you need a longer cord, or you are looking to replace a broken or missing antenna, this one will do fine. I needed the longer cord to reach a shelf. The stock antenna cord is only about 30 inches.

Is this end like the standard end for just about any router, or is it coax?

"Coax" is used to define the the actual cable, not the connectors on them.
There are many types of connectors that can be attached to coax cables: F-type (what your TV/cable box uses), BNC, N, TNC, SMA, RP-SMA, etc.
This uses RP-SMA (rp = reverse polarity) which is what MOST routers use, but not all.  For example Linksys will sometimes use RP-TNC.  Also, make sure your router's antennas are even removeable, because more and more are not.

Will this work as a replacement for the antenna that came with my asus z590-e gaming wifi?

In almost every descripting on the Eightwwood antenna, it includes the parathetical phrase "does not include magnetic base".  Isn't that base offered?
