Bought this for my mother who has back aches all the time. This portable heating pad works great for her. 3 modes to choose from and easy to use. Best of all she uses her portable battery pack that she carries to charge her phone with and can now use that to power this portable heat pad! Comes with a cart pouch as well so you can carry this with you practically anywhere.

Not blaming the brace. It just did not help me with my scoliosis pain. The brace was very well made.

Product is economical but it's not durable. Stitching is coming apart and it's starting to unravel.

Can’t use it on your back while you relax due to the button being on the same side as the heating side, you’ll keep hitting the button when you lean back into a chair or on a bed.

Ok this got two stars because I had to return it. It was too big and bulky so it didn’t work for me.I think, if I got it in a smaller size, it would’ve worked.I payed more attention to how people said to order the fitting instead of the chart, and that was my mistake.I guess people don’t know their measurements, but I believe the chart was true to size.Hope this helps someone

I somehow hurt my lower back and a muscle in my side must also have pulled because it would cramp if I twisted my lower body. My old back brace Velcro would not hold so I ordered this one at a decent price and I love it. Once you attach the first Velcro main belt, two side stretch belts add more tension that really helps support your back and central lower abdomen. It has helped my healing, and I continue to use it when doing chores. Nice! If anything I still am not sure if I should have ordered the smaller size, however. I have no extra area for attachment of the side belts to Velcro attach, so since I am loosing weight I probably need to get the smaller size where my measurement is at the upper limit of size instead of lower limit of size on the larger belt. Been thinking about that!

I bought this because my periods hurt so bad so during my period I put this on my lower abdomen and I feel so warm and make me feel better during periods. Also I feel like it is good to have in winter.

This is no heating pad. The description states that it heats up to 140 degrees. The item I received didn't heat up to much past room temperature. I tried different power sources to see if it would make a difference, but there was none. Total waste of money - it is being returned.

When I received the product, I could not get the heat to work. I felt nothing in the way of warmth from it whatsoever, the support team advised that it was a "slow building mild heat" and I should try again. I did and I still had no success and they accepted they would exchange it for a new one.But after using it a few more days I realized, by slow - they mean it takes over 40 minutes to heat up ! So I did eventually feel some very mild warmth, after 40 minutes of use and decided not to exchange it because I suspect the new one would be the same. So on that note - I don't think the heat on this product is of any use, because I have never used it for more then 40 minutes, usually I only use for 15-20 minutes.The design and build quality from everything I can tell seems to be pretty identical for most of these products on amazon, but you will notice this costs a fair bit more then the other products. Is the extra price worth it ?On reflection I would have to say no, unless you really need the wireless option as that is the only thing that sets it apart. In most situations I was always close to a power source so plug it in almost permanently, but this may be more a consideration for you if you need wireless. I noticed no loss of power or difference to using it wireless and this site says the battery should last up to 90 minutes. I can't vouch for that, but at the very least it went 30 minutes no problem.The other reason I went for this product was that the massage head had different sized balls, only 1 of the other products I found on amazon had that. Its difficult to say whether this was an advantage over others without trying them.Dislikes:There is no indicator that it has been fully charged, I am not even sure the charger is "smart" in that it stops pulling power like a phone charger. The light is always on when plugged in.heat - doesn't warm quick enough or to any measure of heat for this to be usefullDirection button - seems pointless, the massager switches between direction every minute - the button flips it, but only for the next minute. meaning if you prefer a particular direction you have to keep pressing it every minute. It would of been better to be able to set a direction permanently.Too Hard - I went for a head with different sized balls so it wouldn't be as painful as most other chargers of this type, but it still feels pretty harsh.
