Bought for massaging tight muscles
Great value compared to other packs. Lacrosse balls have just enough give for massaging tight muscles and works well on the ground or pinned between the muscle and a wall. I’ve had these for a while and they work great and last forever.

Excelente opción para masaje y terapia
Me luxé el dedo del pie y he tenido fisioterapia para ayudarme a sanar, me dejaron ejercicios y masajes con pelotas y compré estas. Me gustaron mucho, el tamaño es ideal, son algo pesadas y no son muy blandas, lo cual me permitió hacer correctamente los ejercicios que me dejaron. Lo único que no me gustó es que tienen un olor bastante fuerte, pero solo dura un par de días.

Great massage
Like others said, the rubber/chemical odor is strong. It’s great for massaging though. Very firm with a slight give and the rubber grips well while rolling. I’ve used it on my feet, shoulders and neck, and back (while sitting in a high back chair) it’s great!! I’ve tried other hard, textured balls that cost twice as much, but I like this one more.
