Perfect for Both Wall Ball and Muscle Massage
I bought these for solo training sessions and was very impressed. These lacrosse balls have a great weight and a solid, molded rubber feel that gives a good bounce when doing wall ball drills. Beyond practicing my throws and catches, they are also dense and firm enough to use for myofascial release, making them amazing for rolling out tight muscles in my back and feet after a hard workout. They do have a slight rubbery smell right out of the packaging, but it fades quickly and doesn't take away from how durable and versatile they are.

Terrible smell
These lacrosse balls really stink - it's not a standard rubber smell, it's something weird and noxious. If you're sensitive to smells I recommend avoiding. They have been outside degassing for a day and the smell is still there. I guess it will diminish over time, but it kind of makes you wonder what they are made of and if it's safe to be massaging on your body. For massage, probably worth paying a bit more for one that is advertised as low or no odour.
