It's a great quality and fabric! It fits my mat perfectly and keeps me very stable. The design is fine and the printing seems to be a good quality. I wish they had some with more stylish, modern prints, but otherwise a great mat towel! I will buy a second one to use between washings. This towel works well and is beautiful. I took this away on a work trip and practiced yoga just on this towel in the hotel room. It rolls up nicely in a suitcase.
