FAQ 1, HOW TO CHECK THE LAPTOP/ TABLET MODEL ? There is a white or black label at the bottom of your device, you can find your device model number on it. Sometimes , the model number is beside the laptop keyboard. 2, WHAT'S DIGITIZER? Digitizer, someone will call it front glass, glass, lens, touch screen, and so on. It is in the front of the LCD screen. The LCD screen is used for display image. And Digitizer is used for touch. 3, HOW TO CHECK THE DIGITIZER IS BROKEN ? If the digitizer is broken, the screen can still display normally, but the digitizer might have cracked line or can NOT reflect to touch. Usually if the device drop down , the first broken one wil be the digitizer. 4, HOW TO CHECK THE LCD SCREEN IS BROKEN ? If a lcd screen get broken, you might find black hole or webbed line on the screen. The image can NOT be showed normally. 5, WHAT'S TOUCH CONTROL BOARD? There is a green board that connect the Ribbon cable / flex cable of the digitizer with the laptop. Usually our package don't include touch control board.
