I'm very happy with this purchase. I usually am able to fit into xl shirts just fine but I have trouble with larges. A large size hugs my gut tight but will fit on me. So instead of ordering a x-large size I went a size down to a large compression shapewear shirt. I'm 5'11 235lbs with a 36 waist. It is a stretchy spandex like material so at first it seem like it was going to be a little straneous putting it over my head 😅. But it wasn't too bad, once I had my head in and arms in. It was just the matter of pulling it down and the fastening it. If you're in a rush this might not be the short for you. Because of the hooks to fasten in the additional layer you need a bit of time. Hooking the front cover was actually simple just a bit time consuming. Functionality is great, so far it hasn't bunch nor rolled up doing regular activities such as bending over, crouching, or even grabbing something from up high. When I sit it stays secure and it very discreet. I currently wearing a shirt that I don't like to wear cause it hugs my body with my gut. I'm comfortably wearing this shirt with no effort. I don't have to focus on sucking in my gut either the compression shapewear shirt does it job and keep my gut tucked in. BTW I do have man boobs and it also does a great job at compressing them. I'm very satisfied and will be ordering a set for a whole week worth.

Hard to put on spent too much time trying to connect small hooks maybe a zipper would have been more better Instead of the small snaps does stomach area could have been a little bit tighter up on me, snapping it up to get the tire look which is still botched out my stomach

Over the past 3 years I’ve purchased several different brands of compression vests, and this one is by far my favorite. I have purchased 3 of these vest now. It fits very well, provides heavy compression that will smooth out your chest, stomach, and love handles. The stitching has held up very well, latches are just as good as the day each one was bought, its lightweight, breathable, and they have retained their original size. My only complaint would be the metal strips in the lower back can sometimes be uncomfortable, but that is easily resolved by adjusting the vest to a different position. It is worth every penny to me.

I am an honest to god big guy. No fitness model here. And I wanted to write a review for those other guys out there whose bodies weren’t made by photoshop. I started my weight loss and getting healthy journey about 7 months ago at 365 pounds. After fifty lbs down I noticed everything starting to Sagan’s the man boobs were nearly in need of a bra. I started my search of something to help and tried a course le diferebt body suits and shorts. Nothing really did what I was looking for it to do. Then I decided to try this best and I LOVE it! I started with the 3x and it fits comfortably and though the first few times it was comical figuring out how to best put it on, my pants fit better and my man boobs are FINALLY under control! I recently ordered a 2x and I’ve got another 15 or so til it sits more comfortably. But I will continue with these until I hit my weight goal and am able to surgically remove the excess. But man oh man if you haven’t tried this product it is soo worth worth it!!!

as Described. fits good, and it keeps the tummy tight. i ordered Small Size ( But i Wear Medium T-Shirts , Body Fit ) so it helps me to hide the extra fat on my sides :). Thank You

Wearing medium tshirt and order medium size, I suggest to go with large if you wear medium or 40 no shirt.

Product do what it was describe and quality is very good I will recommend this for someone looking for something like this product.
