I have a small table beside me where I work on my laptop. I bought this new warmer after using a simple Mr Coffee one with an on off switch which worked great for a long time. When that wast hot enough and they tripled the price I bought this one. Just now I laid my Iphone face down on this (IT WAS OFF AT THE TIME) and it apparently turned it on and my Iphone screen is burned. THAT IS NOT SAFE. I also dont like that it doesnt have a lip which could easily cause the mug to slide off and spill. I am returning this.

My tea no longer gets cold! Love this little warmer. It’s just as expected and keeps my tea hot as long as its on so I can sip and enjoy for a long while. I would suggest that if your cup gets down to half, turn the heat setting to medium as liquid can get pretty hot when it’s a small amount on high setting. I read complains about the beeping sound, but honestly think the dryer buzzer is much worse... not an issue for me. I really like that the on/off switch is easily accessible right on the front

I couldn't be happier with these. Initially I made a mistake and give this a negative review...but that was my fault for not knowing it's function. These appliances are perfect...

This item turns on without hitting the power button.We left a candle on the warmer (as we usually only used this warmer for candles and would just turn the unit off) today we were gone for hours came home and smelled the wax and saw that the candles jar had broke and wax was spilled all over the unit, 6 strip and table.When we attempted to plug the unit back in after wiping it off and it would not turn off, it would only function on high

Even on low it keeps your drink warmer than you may want to drink it at. The touch buttons make it easy to turn on by accident so just be careful. Otherwise it works great!

Works great. Ceramic mugs don’t stay as hot as my metal 12 oz cup. On high the metal cup stays the perfect temp on high. The on off is easy to bump when setting a cup down.

I wonder who had the idea to put the touch-sensitive power button on a heated surface?

This really keeps my tea HOT while I read the newspaper, watch TV etc. love it....
