Great purchase
Perfect size for a large mug without taking up too much space. Keeps my hot tea hot. Easy to wipe clean. Doesn't turn on until I place the mug on it and turns off automatically when I remove the mug. Great value for the price.

The correct mug makes all the difference
So, after trying 2 other mugs (1 traditional mug with a recessed bottom and 1 stainless steel mug ) that didn't transfer the heat correctly I found a nice heavy earthen ware mug that had a perfectly flat bottom. This stays in direct contact with the heating element and makes all the difference in the world. Now my coffee is hot from the first sip to the last sip. The correct mug really made all the difference in the world. Has to be a completely flat bottom mug. Now I am very happy and my coffee stays nice and hot. And when I am done with it, the unit turns itself off so it is very safe. i am very happy and the customer service was wonderful. They wanted me to be completely happy or willing to refund my money and keep the unit. The seller was great about texting me and offering solutions that would make me happy. I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with the company I was doing business with. They were very willing to make sure I was completely pleased with the product. I would certainly purchase from them again.

warmer plate isn't warm enough
Doesn't keep my tea as hot as I'd like for the whole time it takes me to drink it.

Lukewarm Temp
While it did keep the coffee from getting cold, it did not keep it even remotely hot or really even warm. It did however keep it lukewarm or room temp.Don't buy because honestly it doesn't work like it should.

Wish it was more efficient
It does get warm, but it only keeps my coffee moderately warm. The button underneath is not easy to engage, it needs to be positioned "just right" before it will turn on. Maybe it would do better with a tapered cup so that the cup was 100% on the warmer?

Coffe warmer
I like how it goes off when you take you cup off. Doesn’t make coffee real hot.
