LG Tone Infinim HBS-910 Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Headset Headphones - Black

I used to wear those single-ear, Bluetooth "headsets" like the Plantronics M180 and they work fine for phone calls. But no single-ear Bluetooth can deliver the sound quality of this stereo neckband, and I was always losing those single-ear Bluetooths. They would fall off as I was walking through some airport without me noticing. (They are so light they don't make a sound when they fall.) I bought three or four replacements before I gave up and decided to solve the problem by switching to a neckband Bluetooth.The first neckband I bought was the SX991 by LBell. That one was much better than the single-ear Plantronics, very comfortable to wear, folds up to a small package, and the earbuds snapped back into place perfectly. The sound quality was good but there no volume control on the neckband -- you have to adjust the volume of the SX991 from your phone's controls or whatever device you are beaming to the headset.Eventually that volume control defect led me to seek a better neckband and I am very glad I found the LG HBS-910. The sound quality is much better on this set, the volume is easily controlled from the neckband itself, and they are so comfortable that I have actually fallen asleep in bed forgetting they are on! None of these earbud designs can deliver the bass response of over-the ear, studio quality headphones. But these deliver very good bass despite the small, earbud design. (Best when you push the earbuds tightly into your ears.)I wish the earbuds on this LG HBS-910 retracted better (like the LBell SX991). It sometimes takes two clicks to snap the earbuds back into place rather than one. But that is the only gripe I have about this product. One extra click is a small price to pay for this big improvement in sound quality and comfort.

I'm really surprised by some of the reviews on this item. Once I recieved the head set I fully charged it have had it about a week now and have had to only charge it one other time since even under some heavy usage. Sound quality is great. Yes there is a little crackle from time to time, I've herd it twice but it's been so minor you barely notice it and if you do it comes and goes so fast it's barely noticable. Still figuring out how to access the phone features like communication to google voice there's not a 3rd button to push to activate it like the previous versions just 2 slider buttons. I know it works with google voice because I've activated it once by mistake. That's all my fault for just throwing away the instructions because I normally figure it out on my own pretty easily.

I originally bought these for my significant other as he had the same pair and after years the broke. Waited a few months and got these ones as a surprise for him (daily motorcycle rider) and he uses these as they are better than the headsets used in helmets. Ever since I gave them to him he has been over the moon. He’s used them again also daily while commuting on his motorcycle and while he works at the office he’s still using these suckers. 10/10 I would ALWAYS buy again. These are definitely the best functioning LG Bluetooth headphones in his and my opinion.

The right earphone stopped working after less than a year. As the device was still under warranty, I sent it to LG Electronics for repair. The device was received and returned within 1 day. No repairs were made. The accompanying invoice said: "Symptom 1: Abuse-Physical Damage. Repair: Return As Is." No further explanation or a way to contact the warranty service. Needless to say, there was no physical damage or abuse, the headphones were used normally and worked fine. Until they didn't.

I purchased this product despite a few reports of a design flaw with the retractable earphone cord. I had thought that those reviews were not indicative of those of us whom exercise extreme care with our technology devices. However, after having owned this headset since December 3rd 2018, I too have experienced the design flaw. My left earbud is exhibiting signs of failure due to the cord connection being partially broken. If I "jiggle" the cord a bit or retract it one click, I can get the earbud to provide audio enjoyment, at least until it is "jiggled" unintentionally again. Due to this design flaw, I am once again in the market for a high quality Bluetooth headset/neckband. I am not sure if this design flaw has carried on to newer models or not. As a result, I am not sure that I can trust the brand enough to risk another hundred-plus dollars toward their product line. The more affordable options have (at least for the ones that I have tried before) significant problems with comfort fit and audio quality, as well as Bluetooth range issues so severe as to prevent one from placing phone in pants-leg-pocket as that is too far for 100% accurate transmission. This device had superior audio quality when compared to the other devices purchased thus far, and the fit was quite good, not perfect, but good nonetheless. Please exercise caution.

We love these. I have had a pair for a couple years. So, I bought my husband a pair for Christmas. We love them. They are reliable and I never have issues connecting. The power lasts fairly well between charges. I like the notification you get as the power declines. Solid purchase.

I was skeptical after some negative reviews, but grateful I ignored them and upgraded. No problems whatsoever with sound quality or tone. The headset seems perfectly adequate for anything I might need. No issues connecting to make phone calls, and very good sound quality we're watching movies. No issues with music either.

I bought a second headset after I finally beat the heck out of my first one. Too many times shoved into my purse.I only wish I hadn't lost this one so fast. :(I love the retractable, out of my way when I don't need them, earbuds. I prefer this style to any other, since the band is always there all I have to do is pull out a bud when it vibrates and answer a call.Sound quality is good both projecting and receiving.
