Other reviews mention that the wire isn't very strong, and I ordered anyway and there is no problem. If I were to use these over and over and over and over again, maybe they wouldn't lat -- but the twist ties don't stick around that long anyway. These work fine for my bread bags.

I have been making masks for medical personnel an the general public due to the Corona virus. I needed wire to place in the masks over the nose to keep it in place and cut down on the gaps. These are great for that purpose. The wire is thin but sturdy enough to do the trick. With the gold edge, I can sew it into the channel and not worry about sewing over the wire. They were delivered quickly, faster than originally noted.

I bought these because they are gold but they are not very sturdy. I end up using two at a time.

we prefer to tie used diapers before trashing it into a diaper bin and this works fine for that purpose
