Great quality and comfort. I'm a Disabled Marine Corps and use this for my Service dog, Spud.The only things I would change are to make a better way for the expandable bowls to stay put where they belong in their little zipper compartment. The 4 little black elastic corner bands do not hold bowls in place at all. Also, would suggest making the food/treat pouches bigger. Otherwise, it's great quality and convenient.

Pros: Really cute, the idea of the bag sells it alone. I love the pouch for poop bags in the front and the divider in the center of the bag (splits the bag in half). It looks small but I am actually able to fit a good amount in it (food/treat totes, toys, leashes, small blanket). It's a little thin, but well made. I have no issues with the zippers not working. Makes taking my dogs out a lot easier having everything in one place/ easy to carry!Cons: A little pricey for what you're getting. It's a little smaller than I imagined. Really meant for smaller dogs, or a day trip. The food/treat totes aren't too big. It's not the most durable/ very thick but it does the job. Also, I don't mind it much but the logo is a gold metal plate instead of what's shown in the pictures

Great bag! Able to fit everything we need! Strap came undone after the first couple uses but that was an easy fix!

Love this! I traveled with my Cavalier and this was just perfect! The only thing I would say is that the food bags don’t last that long, depends on how much your dog eats a day. My cav eats around 1 1/2cups a day so this lasts for about a weekend give or take but if you’re out for longer then you need to take some more food. Also, the food bags don’t work that well. I put in a folder with my dog’s documents and it got grease stains all over from the closed food containers and the bag definitely smells a lot like dog food even when they are closed.

Okay so I know it is a little ridiculous to spend this much on a backpack for my dog, but this is soooo worth it! It is so easy to pack and keep organized and I love that there are bowls included and room to put his food in the containers! I am soooo glad I got this. One thing though, I purchased this twice. The first time it came, someone had used a box cutter to open the top and sliced the handle, so I returned it and ordered again. Which I am glad I did! Just make sure to inspect the bag before you throw any packaging away to make sure it is in good condition and not messed up!

I think you’d be better off buying a regular backpack and dedicating it solely to your dog instead of purchasing this. It’s so expensive for what it’s actually worth. I found a comparable one at Pet Smart for $40 and it was much more versatile, durable, and obviously cheaper. I really like the bag, I just don’t think it’s work the $60+ investment.

Love this! Everything pictured is included, also! However, the logo is actually on a gold plate instead of a brown/leather plate as pictured and I received the product in a WALMART box.. I was very confused and thought there was a mistake, but after wait for almost a month I realize that it was intentional. Either way it’s a great product and I love it!

This backpack is amazing!!! I can’t wait to go on hikes with my pup! There is so much space in the back pack. And the little bowls it comes with for food and water are perfect. They collapse so it won’t take up much space in ur backpack and has so many departments for you to keep personal items as well! I will definitely be getting another one for my best friend for Christmas ♥️Update: I still LOVE IT! I’ve been able to fit so much into the backpack to go hiking it’s ridiculous! It doesn’t pull on your skin when ur walking/hiking with it, and it’s just the perfect size
