Hi, there. Thank you for your question. Tea kettle is made in China, it is made of food grade stainless steel material, and we can offer you a 30 days money-back guarantee, you can buy in confidence.

my pot shows rust stains inside and water comes out yellow,no whistle either.who do i contact to send it back?

If you go into your account (click on your name) and click on your “track & manage your orders”, you can click on the picture of the item you want to return… scroll down to “return or replace item”. As long as you still have time available you can request to return or replace the item.

Theres a label that says max and mine doesnt have it. Where can I know how much to not overfill it?

Instructions said bellow the holes if you want the whistle sound when water boils as this sound is caused by the steam which needs to get out. I normally over fill mine and the lid, not the spout, makes a strong sound, when water boils. Water gets really hot soon, careful if you fill it up too much as the water will pour out like "jumping" when you pour it.
