Does it eventualy fade away or show your roots or stay that color?

It doesn't color your hair, it lightly bleaches it, so whatever it does it is permanent, but new hair will be the original color. The good news is that it is a subtle change, so your "roots" aren't real obvious. It looks very natural...a little darker at the roots and gradually lighter especially if you use the product fairly regularly. Obviously, the more often you use it the lighter the result, but don't expect a dramatic bleach job. That is not what it is for. My hair gets a little mousey colored, especially in the winter. This product lifts the color just enough to give my hair some life.

Does it still works if after putting the product to my hair, I put another cream for curls and then dry it with the dryer?

I'm sure it would still work, but not to its full effect because the cream might overcoat the spray. It'll probably lighten your hair at a more gradual rate. No personal experience, but that's what I think!

Does it matter if the bottles are different from the pictured ones or are they the same just new packaging??

I believe they're the same, just new packaging! I saw the same new packaging at my local Walmart. As long as it is not the yellow one, it is the same!
