I’ve seen people say yes and people say no.. Does this product have bleach?

If by bleach u mean peroxide, then yes. I'm a frequent user of this. I thought it didn't but if u check on the back of the box it's there. It's a permanent hair dye it's gonna have. But I don't think it's in any harmful quantity. My hair has been fine.
