Brushed House Number 7 Seven-15.3cm 6in-Made of Solid 304 Stainless Steel ，Floating Appearance，Easy to Install

The product just what we wanted the only downfall was the installation of it following the instructions on the reverse of the carton was very straight forward however when once the raw plug holes were drilled and plugs installed the two fixing rods from back of number are way too long and the method of using a soft item on the front of the number to use as a method of making sure you do not damage the number is fine, whereas I feel having to use a hammer to secure through raw plug is very unsatisfactory. The pointed end of the rod insert into raw plug fine but when you get to the screw thread the raw plug offers to much resistance this resulted in the fixing on the back of the number snapping off this was a result of their being to much resistance from the raw plug.

I liked the overall look of this product and sizing wise the numbers are a perfect shape to complement curb appeal. However the two fixings to hold on to the wall are welded very weakly to the back of the numbers and as such became detached with installing. In the end I glued them onto the masonary with hi-grab glue. Not ideal and the manufacturers need to increase the strength of welds or come up with a different fixing solution.

Change to 3 stars given their Customer Service. While the quality of the numbers is not what I was looking for, as the fixtures got broken and I had to change from floating to screw through type, I must recognize that their Customer Service contact me immediately to understand what happened and to offer the replacement, they took a really good care of my purchase. They need to continue working to improve the welding from the fixtures but I am sure they will.

Look good when up but what an absolutely appalling design. They don't screw to the wall. Two metal spikes screw to the back of the number via tubular nuts welded to the back. You then push the spikes into rawplugs drilled into the wall. Having read reviews I used plugs double the size of the ones supplied and still had to resort to hammering the front of the numbers to get the spikes in. The welds on the back are not strong enough to take the force and simple break. Time to get the gorilla glue out!

I ordered 2 numbers they arrived on time looked good and were really easy to install. The size was perfect, they stand slightly proud, nice look and clearly visable from the road.

I bought this in the summer and it looked great, but by the autumn it was rusty, yet it's sold as a house number which would be screwed to an outdoor wall. Totally unfit for purpose and very disappointing. Avoid.

This has been up for 3 months and already has rust spots. Its located under a canopy but not totally sheltered from the elements. Might be better for inside a porch or similar.

Looks fantastic and easy to install.
