Blue paint coming off these beads
Blue paint came off these beads when I washed them, which makes me think they are not genuine. This hasn’t happened to me before with any other lapis lazuli beads. The blue paint also colored my fingers as I tried to put together a bracelet. It will probably stain skin and/or clothing.

Real lapis lazuli?
These beads looked a little too glossy in the ad it was a good price for lapis. Real lapis lazuli is expensive. I didn't get much for2 orders but I was pleased. I ordered them 10 months ago. Today I took them out to use in a project. I had a little bit of isopropyl alcohol on my finger and was very shocked that it took the blue color off of the bead! So I soaked all the beads in alcohol for just a moment then rinsed them well. They aren't as shiny as they were but they look more natural. I'm not even sure if these beads are real lapis lazuli. The description didn't say that these beads would be painted. I like them better without the blue gloss paint. However, I would like to know if they are real lapus lazuli.

Fake fake fake buyer beware!
Horrible! Looks like painted on amethyst. Nothing like the picture the use to sell amethyst. Do not buy from these people!

Colors not consistent. Looks like glass.
I ordered two of the same items, 4mm citrine beads, but colors were not the same on the two items. Also one had broken beads in the bag which makes me think this is glass and not gemstones.
