Organic Coconut Aminos, Soy Sauce Alternative, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Non-GMO, 16.9 Ounces

This product is not only healthy, gluten-free, and low-sodium, it tastes DELICIOUS! It's hands down the best-tasting coconut aminos that I've tried on the market. I love, love, love this product. I originally bought it as a soy-free alternative and because it has low sodium but have discovered that it's great for dressings, marinades, as a condiment, or in stews, sauces, etc. I'm so glad I found this...it's now a staple ingredient in our household. I was looking for a soy-free alternative to make salad dressing because bottled dressings are usually made with unhealthy oils (ie. soybean, canola or vegetable oils). I found that just mixing this with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh garlic, salt and pepper creates a delicious salad dressing! Makes a great marinade as well. I only wish it were sold in a larger size. We go through the 16.9 oz bottle in about 2 wks and so for about $10 a bottle, this adds up quickly. It's worth it though. I highly recommend this product!

Excellent option for a healthier alternative to soy sauce (which usually contains gluten, monosodium glutamate /MSG and high sodium). These coconut aminos are not as salty as soy sauce (which you can adjust if you like by adding a bit of salt to taste) but thankfully not as sweet as other coconut aminos. Perfect balance and very tasty. Strange that it says 6 grams of added sugar due to the coconut blossom when this is actually less sweet than the Nutiva brand that uses coconut tree sap and says 0 grams of added sugar. Seems coconut aminos could be better monitored or labeled.

It has a wonderful Umami taste. I used it as a Soy Sauce replacement.

I found this sauce to be very flavorful, and with roughly half the salt content of real soy sauce, it's absolutely something I'll be keeping in the kitchen. But if we're talking purely about the flavor, I would have to say it strikes me more as a teriyaki or stir fry sauce. There's a strong sweet flavor present that really makes it hard to consider this a proper soy sauce alternative. For example, I personally can't imagine having such a sweet sauce with sushi, but I would absolutely use it as a marinade.

I am very brand-loyal, and when my favorite brand stopped being carried, I tried every single other brand out there to replace that particular taste my other had--slightly sweet, not bitter, no harsh undertones. BetterBody nailed it. Great, slightly sweet alternative, gluten free and soy free. Best price I can find out there as well. Good consistency, and I've tried 3 bottles to ensure that there was a steady quality in all of them--there is.

This is a great sauce. I use it instead of soy sauce, because it’s better for you!! Tastes great!!!

These taste amazing, are gluten free and our favorite by far. I like that they are in a plastic bottle instead of glass as well . Good value for the price.
