Yes, it definitely has helped my hyperpigmentation. It's very gentle, so it doesn't work quickly, but it will take a couple months probably.

Can I use this everyday?

No, it is an exfoliator and you should not exfoliate every day. It will ruin your moisture barrier, and make your skin irritated and sensitive. I use this 2x a week at night, and it's perfect.
