I had no issues with my batch of product. A bit on expensive side but when you don't live near a west Indian store, these come in handy. My polourie turned out yellow and just fine! Also tasted great!

flavorless cement mix
Don't waste your money. Would give zero stars if I could. I seasoned it MEGA and still they tasted bland and gross. If you didnt eat them in the exact moment they turn into hard cement blocks. Even the batter left on the spoon would barely scrub off. Just made some from scratch which was just as easy but had to let it rise for an hour before cooking. They are phenomenal.

Great mixture. I added a bit more cumin and some herbs but it can be used as is.
