Product is like Okk! Having little issue while grass cutting. 1 inch grass line below cutting bled remais uncut. I have to attempt 2 times at one place.

no spare parts available
never buy any black and decker product. firstly they dont have any working service centre neither spare parts are available anywhere. most common wear and tear part is drive belt. that size belt is not available anywhere apart from some international seller which one cant buy. i searched from varanasi to lucknow for belt & got two pieces on order from western engineering work at latuch road Lucknow. but both broke off in just one hour. then i notice pully is slightly bent coz of broken belt. now i cant find pully any where. only on ultimamac.com whole transmission assemlby is available for 4k. its completely worthless to buy whole transmission assemlby to replace only pully or belt which seperately cost not more than rs 800 and 500 so i am throwing this piece of crap to bin and buying makita which got sevice centre in almost all the city plus on ultimamac.com one can find each and every part sold seperately

A faulty machine,poor service back up
Looks sturdy, however my experience was disappointing. Its first use was hardly a minute. Stopped working completely. Very difficult to get in touch with the customer care, spent almost two days to finally succeed in contacting. Its more than a week since I succeeded in registering a complaint. So far no one has ever tried to contact me.

Where will I get the drive belt replaced?
My mower has been giving me good service since the time I purchased in May last year although I sparingly use it about once a month for about 3 hours with breaks in between. Yesterday, it stopped working. The motor was running but the blade wouldn't spin. I later detected that the drive belt was broken. I frantically tried searching for belt replacement but to no avail. Please help me find one!

لا توجد طريقة ما بعد البيع
جهاز جميل و عملي و ممتاز جدا لكن لا يتحمل الأعشاب قوية و صعوبه تواصل مع البايع عند وجود المشكلة. يوجد لدية جهاز و لا يعمل الان لا يوجد أرقام تواصل او خدمة ما بعد البيع. شركة و ماركة ممتاز لكن تنظلم ما بعد البيع.
