No service and poor product.
The first brand new machine was returned because the wheels were jammed. The next machine didn’t last even for 2 mowing cycles before it has stopped working completely. Impossible to get in touch with anyone even though the machine in warranty!! Total waste.

Where will I get the drive belt replaced?
My mower has been giving me good service since the time I purchased in May last year although I sparingly use it about once a month for about 3 hours with breaks in between. Yesterday, it stopped working. The motor was running but the blade wouldn't spin. I later detected that the drive belt was broken. I frantically tried searching for belt replacement but to no avail. Please help me find one!

Great product go for it... Reading negative reviews made me wait for so long before purchasing it. After first use I'm very satisfied with the machine 12 m cable is very helpful in operating it ❤️

Unsturdy design
Works fine but just feels a bit unsturdy. It because of the way the handle is connected to the body with just 1 small screw on each side. Just an obviously bad structural design.

It is not useful
Very difficult to asssemble and instructions are not easy to understand. Corner gross cutting is a problem and we need to cut with sessiors separately. Not able to move backwards . Not value for money . Return pick up got cancelled. Lot of follow up required .

منتج جميل ولكن العيب الوحيد الي اشوفه فيها هو الكيس طبعا ماهو كيس ولكن بلاستيك وبسرعه يتفول وكل شوي فاك ومفضي
