No wishes with the product. What the price
Soap quality is good no complaints It also has a nice fragrance. My issue is $30. For soap I wish they would make a dish soap I’ve contacted them and seems like they’re not interested in producing this soap .. why back to the original review . I have no problem with the product. The problem is why is it so expensive it doesn’t make sense. I think it’s overkill 10 times over, so what I’ve done going forward….I drilled a 1/4 inch hole on the very top snd insert rubber plumber snap in seal after refilling..for under $5.00 . I use dawn. You can always use a cheaper brand soap, but we like dawn big savings at six refills for $30 that one refill for $30 they should become more competitive

Works as expected.
It took me a little while to figure out how it installed (since I was on my back and crammed under the sink). Once I figured it out, it clicked right in.

Likely to arive damaged
The top tube is connected to a fragile plastic piece and most of the time is received damaged and useless due to poor packaging. Also the product is overpriced. $29 for a $5 bottle of soap? Not refilable. Quite bad for the environment.
