once water has been added to make a spread, can you then use that to saute vegitables?

Not really. It does not melt. I put some that I reconstituted and made a lovely looking spreadable "butter", but it did not melt at all on the veggies, even though they were scorching hot out of the oven. It also has the feel of flour in your mouth even though it looks creamy. I even added a touch of peanut oil, and it did not help. Didn't hurt, but didn't help. Would not recommend it for skillet cooking, as the butter ends up burning as a powder onto the skillet, even after making it spreadable.

Has anyone tried adding this to coffee to make Bulletproof coffee?

Yes, I use it everyday to make my own version of bulletproof coffee: coffee, scoop of butter powder, scoop of collagen peptides, jaggery (raw, unprocessed sugar), and Cococeps (cocoa w/ cordeceps extract--google it). Doesn't even need the blender; just a wire whisk.

Can you make this into a spread so you can make cookies?

I tried to turn it into a spread. It came out chalky. I tried to put it into vegetables it did not melt. I put the powder into the baked goods before baking and that is the only place I have seen it work.
