Great product, easy install. Works as expected
Does it's job. Installed on a davit for my dock to replace the old one. Got water in my control switch further down the electrical line and this protected the circuit by tripping until the switch dried out. Cheap insurance!!

It does the job
I used this to revive my pressure washer with a broken GFCI thingie. Anyhow, easyish install. It does what it advertises on the box.

Difficult to screw shut, otherwise works great
Works as expected but install is a little harder then it had to be. The small holes around the four screw holes at the top and bottom are too small to accommodate a typical drill bit. The amount of force needed to screw it tight is quite high, and a challenge to avoid stripping the screw heads. You can try losing the holes before attaching by driving the screws in, I needed vice grips to hold the cover for this.

Worked great to replace the fried GFCI in my boat lift motor power line. Every bit as good as the $100 OEM replacement.

Bad desgn
This is the second one for my pergola and they both have shorted out and gone bad. Poor design for installation on a pergola.

Poorly made product that leaks & is very difficult to assemble
Screws were very poor quality & made it hard to assemble. When it was put together, it still had cracks in the unit that allowed water to come in first rain and stopped working.

So Far So Good
I ordered this In-Line GFCI unit to replace a GFCI that went bad on my pressure washer. It was shipped in a timely manner and was easy to install. The unit itself is not too large which is ideal for where this sits at the end of a power cable for a tool. I haven't used the pressure washer much since I replaced it, but I did confirm that the unit was working.

Did the job
The screws holding the cover on were insanely tight and it was an oddball Phillips size where my screwdrivers wouldn't fit into the countersunk hole that was needed for that Phillips size. Other than that it did what it needed to do and worked good
