The only reason this is getting one star is because I like the size and pockets. Other than that it is cheap. The inside insulation tipped within two weeks of using this. The zipper broke as well. It is usable buy looks crappy now that it's ripped. I only put small things of food in, didn't even stuff it full.

Not easy to clean. Not the size that it was advertised, it is pretty leak proof. It’s a basic lunch bag but if you want something to fit your meal prep containers keep looking, this isn’t for you

The zipper broke in 4 days of use. It insulated well enough and was large. But if u can’t close it there’s no point.

I received this bag quick, and it was everything that I had hoped for. It is insulated very well and is a perfect size. Nice size and simple design meets my needs for “easy-carry,light weight” lunch bag! The top handle is made by soft fabric you will feel comfortable.I strongly recommend !

Functions for the purpose I bought it for, which was to hold a square bento box and a freezer pack. Keeps the cold in, and is easy to carry. Generally, I eat my lunch around four hours after packing it. The freezer pack is usually melted by this point, but the food is still cold. I wouldn't recommend it if you need to keep things cold for more than four hours.I haven't had any issues with the zipper, and it folds very compact. It's worth the price I paid for it.

Great product for the value. Perfect size for what we will use it for. Fits an 8” thermos and stackable sandwich bins and attachable ice packs. I bought those from the recommended add ons when I added the lunchbox to me cart. Perfect combo and great price.

Perfect size for a daily lunch. Sturdy fabric. Good quality for the price. Its a canvas like exterior. Not cheap nylon store fabric.

Love it but the lining tore within month of use.
