Good audio quality incoming and outgoing... Charges too!
Was pleasantly surprised with this. The handset is very light, but fit naturally in my hand and could cradle it between shoulder and chin when needed.The base charges my Samsung S7 Edge through the case, and once I found the trick, it was easy to pair.Here's how to pair the handset:- Press the phone icon button for 5 seconds to turn on the handset.- Have your mobile phone Bluetooth scan to discover nearby devices.- Press and hold the phone icon button again for about 10 seconds.- Recognizes as "BTHANDEL".Good luck!

Handset is faulty
The charging dock works just fine, but the handset doesn't work at all.Charges fine, buttons respond, but the Bluetooth is completely non-existent. I tried several "methods" to get it to work, but what it comes down too, the phone can't sense it, so it can't connect to it.
