Paint Panther Paint and Varnish Remover 2.5L

This is the best Paint Stripper available, I tried Nitromors and Blackfriars, useless compared to Paint Panther, just 2 bits of good advice to offer for best results;1 Do not use on a very warm day or in direct warm sun, this causes the Paint Panther to evapourate so fast it does nothing2 Dab the Paint Panther on quite thick and hard, if you just paint on like applying paint, it will do absolutely nothing, maybe a bit of point 1 influence here too if yoiu have heat and a thin layer it dries too quickly, but believe me this is an excellent product if used as above.I had a very big job to strip 9 Once Upon a Time beautiful Mahogany Window Frames 3 Doors and 3 frames almost to the bare wood after some clown painted over the beautiful mahogany grain Windows and doors with Sadolin Opaque ( almost like a ughy brown paint, crass looking stuff), when all they needed was a fresh top coat of Sadolin Extra.Painting contractor quoted me £2500 minimum to strip to bare wood and Coat all above with Sadolin Classic and 2 coats of Sadolin Extra. It would have been cheaper to fit a new set of UPVC throughout, but Paint Panther came to the rescue and all windows and doors almost back to their original beauty.

I put it on after following the instructions, a bit bubbled, so again following the instructions and after 30 mins a bit of paint came off. so I re applied very generously and then a third time. We now have a very messy window that we are having to burn off to remove the paint. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

Used it on wood skirting from a 1930 property with a lot of layers of paint worked through maybe 4 to 5 layers of paint at once so I would have had to repeat the process 3 to 4 times ,I I ended up using a heat gun much fast and better too

Jan21. Well just applied this for the first time, waited 20 mins, didn’t even touch it, applied another coat, 20 mins later, a few blisters, so landfill it is for eternity, now I need to spend more money on a heat gun,,,,,,,!

Love this stuff lay it on thick to remove years of paint in my new home it's therapeutic peeking and scraping off it does the job. Will stick with this!

Works all well and good but is very messy to scrape away. Used a scraper and heat gun after this and that worked much better. Also I now have a heat gun for any further jobs.
