This is the best universal clear string. I have used this for so many different projects over the past year and still have plenty left. I like the slit on the roll for easy storage. The string is very strong to hang items.

Exactly what I needed

This clear sewing wire is excellent! I primarily use it for wig repair, and it works perfectly for sewing up holes in lace. Even as a beginner, I found it very easy to work with. The wire is thin enough that the repair looks completely natural, as if the lace was never damaged. It doesn’t tangle and isn't overly heavy, though it is a bit stiff. Overall, it's a great product that gets the job done

This was as described and it works very well. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t a good notch in the spool to hold the string when you cut it, so I needed tape. I took a star off because it was a Pia and I’m worried about the residue in there when I have to use it next. That said, the string itself was tight, with no flexibility, holds nicely and looks fine (you can see it, but I bought higher strength so my assumption is that is why. I don’t like that, but there’s not much to do about it now that I used it.
