We heart it
I have a small Yorkie mix and she has reflux, lamb was the recommended protein for this condition as it is easier for them to digest. I did a lot of research on dry food that is highly rated and landed on this one. The other food she was on previously was made for small breeds but they don’t have a lamb version of the food or I probably wouldn’t have had to look around. Bonus is the food is shaped like tiny hearts, you know that’s cute. She loves the food and eats it without any problem and we have had no incidents of her tummy being upset or vomiting since the switch.

Exactly what my dog needed
Turns out my dog daisy cannot have poultry... do you know how hard it is to find dog food without chicken / poultry in it?! Or at least affordable?! She’s 8 years old and I have been looking for the right food for YEARS (I usually run the food for 6-8months unless her skin gets worse.) her skin would itch to the point she would bite the end of her tail until it bled 😭. She had scabs all around and inside her ears , she had sores on her legs from chewing on them! It was heart breaking…. Anyway. We moved to Utah for a year and I found this food in the local Smith grocery and decided I would try it, a year on this diet and she is a whole new dog! After moving back to Alaska I searched but couldn’t find it any store so I am very grateful you ship here. My dogs skin is finally so much less irritated and she doesn't smell so bad , she also seems to enjoy the food so it’s a WIN WIN in my book. THANK YOU! 10/10

Not for us
I want to give 5 stars because I LOVE what this company stands for, but unfortunately my dog does not care for this food. He eats it because he has to, but gives me a look of “please, give me anything else” when I put it in the bowl. I was hoping he would warm up to it. Also, it smells horrible. This makes me question if the issue is that I live in Arizona and food being shipped can’t maintain quality in this heat? Therefore I feel bad to give a less than stellar review for a product that I think might work really well for many others.

Good for picky eaters!
This is a pricey dogfood, but I wanted it because one of the flavors had no poultry and I have a pug who is allergic to poultry. All of my dogs (3) really love the flavor and because I am from Colorado, I am ticked it is from a Boulder company. The price through Amazon is much better than the price in the grocery store. If you have a picky, sensitive eater, this is great for them... worth the extra pennies.

No good for Bulldog!
I started this new food for my English bulldog hoping will improve his coat, but came out opposite? His hair start falling off! I really believe this food will work, since no chicken in, and all what they r advertising good stuff. But I just waisted a lots of money to have more problem for my pup! Then I started feeding him with ACANA fish, in a week his coat started repairing!

Great for dogs with allergies!!!
I tried every different kind of dog food for my Morkie. Cross between a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier. Everything has made her itch. Even foods that said no grains or poultry. Then, in the ingredient list, there was chicken! It's been a few weeks of eating this food and she hasn't been itching!!! Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞 it will continue. So far, I'm loving this food for her!!!❤️

My dog wouldn't eat this flavor.
I've bought the I and Love and You brand for several years, but my dog wouldn't eat the Simple Limited Ingredients kibble. I gave it to a friend whose dog was having digestive issues and diarrhea. Her dog, "Tucker" ate it for a few days and then turned up his nose and wouldn't eat the kibble so she mixed it with some canned dog food to use it up. My dog does like the Lamb & Bison kibble so I'll stick to that flavor of kibble in the future.

Okay, my picky dog will eat it
Julie is the most picky, unmotivated by food dog on earth. She could care less. I have a kibble that she eats, sorta, when I'm not hand feeding her homemade food and I thought I would try this. She eats it pretty good. She has a tiny mouth and I honestly think it's too big for her, but she manages. Will she eat it exclusively? Maybe if she is starving. Otherwise, she will eat if if nothing else is out and she is hungry. Like I say, picky and not food motivated. We should all be so lucky.
