The Irishman è il brand che prediligo per le caratteristiche dei suoi whisky. Il single malt è un buon prodotto che ben si difende grazie all'accuratezza dei procedimenti di distillazione. Tuttavia, dopo aver gustato The Harvest, è sempre non facile il confronto. Infatti il single malt è un prodotto semplice e i suoi aromi di miele e mandorle si fondono in un prevalente sentore legnoso, ma apprezzabile per le sue caratteristiche. Lo consiglio perchè ben si adatta anche a chi non piace il whisky.

Kräftiger, nicht rauchiger 10 Jahre gereifter irischer Whiskey. Weich und mild ist was Anderes, aber genau solche Whiskeys und Bourbons mag ich. Karamellige Mandeln, kurz vor der Grenze verbrannt zu sein, minimale Honigsüße, mit leicht holziger Note, begleitet von Vorne bis Hinten mit einer malzigen Note und einem langen Abklang von dunkler Schokolade auf der Zunge und im ganzen Gaumen.
