Been sitting in the corner for 11 months. Never worked when it got delivered and they want you to pay $99 to ship it back to have them fix it. Waste of money!!! Buy from a different seller

I’m very surprised how sturdy this thing is. It was easy to assemble, came with a page for instructions how to put it together. As far as how to run the unit, you have to be a little savvy. If you have never used high-frequency before, it will be a bit difficult. There were no instructions attached to it. However this is a replacement piece, so I know how to run it. Overall I’m really really happy with this piece.

It’s not difficult to assemble, it just takes time.Took me to put all things together about 30 min. I think this is the best steamer you can have for spa room, has everything you will need and works perfect!Thank you for bringing such a good product for less money. Totally worth every penny I spent on this steamer! Love it!

The 3 in 1 steamer was working great for a couple of months until the mag lamp somehow broke and fell right on a clients face as I was moving it around to do her services. Contacted the seller and they said they have a one year warranty but I need to send in the mag lamp arm for them to fix it or replace it as if I have time to do that. I didn’t ask for the whole thing to be replaced only that one part and what do I get?! I’m not going to spend close to $100 shipping the mad light arm just to wait to receive another one because it’s beyond repair when I see clients very frequently. I would’ve been happier with them just sending out a new one but that’s too much like right I guess. Everything was great until it wasn’t with this product and I’d caution anyone before buying make sure you know you will have to jump through hoops to get a replacement part with their “warranty”. A picture should’ve been sufficient but nope they want you to ship it and now I’m without my lamp but at least the steamer works I guess

The steam worked great the first few times using. It still does but now it shoots out burning hot large droplets of water every minute or two & no the reservoir isn’t too full of water. It does it even when it’s half full or almost empty. So I can’t even use it on clients. The steamer will also randomly shut off when the water is low (but not to the mark yet) & then will turn itself back on after a few minutes. All of the high frequency tools you can see the electricity in except for the comb piece.

I would’ve thought the package to have more protection, but it came in a thin box with parts just wrapped in plastic bags. There weren’t any instructions or user guides to help with assembling, but it was not very hard to assemble.

I read a few reviews and thought that this was not a good steamer.However, so far it has absolutely been perfect. I own a spa and I use it frequently. I like it a lot.

The machine did not come with complete instructions to assemble. It also does not come with instructions for use.
